If you need to cancel a reservation then please call 925-949-8309 at least 24 hours prior to your pickup time. Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full fare as per our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Confirmation ID# will be given to the customer at the time of booking, or per request and email confirmation will be sent. Please review your confirmation for any error. For the arrival at airport, please contact one of our professional staffs. Passengers are required to call us at 925-949-8309 after claiming their luggage. The dispatcher will give you the driver’s name and vehicle description for your pickup at airport

infant seats, child seats, and booster seats can be provided for $10 each upon request. All infants and children must be seated in the appropriate type of seat. You may provide your own child seats if you desire to. We can hold on to your child seat until you return for no additional charge for added convenience.

No, the fares that are quoted for our chartered services do not include a gratuity. Private or chartered vehicles include a mandatory 20% gratuity.

We have a variety of vehicles available for tours and events including 8 passenger vans, 1 1 passenger vans, luxury lincoln town cars. Hourly rates are available for tours, events, and anything else you may desire them for.

Napa wine tours, San Francisco tours, Bay Area tours, Night Life tours, Weddings, Proms, Buisness meetings, Large or small groups going to or from the airports, shuttling event attendees from parking to the event, and much much more! If you can dream it we can drive it.

At least 48-hours notice is required to book online. if it is less than 48 hours in advance, please call 925-949-8309. We do our best to accommodate even same day reservations.

After 11:00 pm fares may be subject to change. Please call us at 925-949-8309 for an accurate fare quote.

At time of booking, please let one of our professional staffs know if you are traveling with bicycle, surfboard, ski-case and boxes, etc, so the right vehicle will be assigned for your transportation need. 

You may pay the driver when you receive service with the following types of payment: cash, debit card and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment. You may also prepay by calling our reservations department at 925-949-8309.

Gratuity is not included in the quoted fares (Suggested gratuity: 15% – 20%). Gratuity is mandatory at 15% for private vehicles.

We serve almost anywhere on a charter basis including the San Francisco cruise Piers and the San Jose airport. our shuttles transport passengers to both the San Francisco airport and to the Oakland airport. Please note that there are currently no shuttles operating for arrivals at either airport due to severe delay issues.

Pickups from the Airport are made at a specific ‘pick up’ point(designated by the airport officials). Passengers are required to call us once they have their luggage and area ready to go at 925-949-8309.The dispatcher will direct you to the pickup point which is usually just outside baggage claim at the curb.

when traveling with a bicycle box, please let us know because you may need to reserve a private vehicle.
